Pick Me Up Pidge Standard Shipping charges allows for delivery to be made within 28 working days. Pick Me Up Pidge finds that this suits the majority of customer's needs.
Pick Me Up Pidge aims to ship orders within 3-4 working days of receipt. Where this is not possible Pick Me Up Pidge will contact you either by phone or email to discuss alternative options. If Pick Me Up Pidge does not have all your items in stock we will hold your order until complete. We will inform of this and our estimated date of receipt of stock. If this is unacceptable you may change or cancel your order.
Pick Me Up Pidge will make every effort to ensure that the goods supplied to you are of top quality and do not expect you to have any problems with either faulty or missing goods. In the unfortunate event that something is faulty or missing from your order, please email Pick Me Up Pidge immediately and Pick Me Up Pidge will aim to do whatever can be done to ensure you get your goods.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases, you can return unopened, in their original packaging to Pick Me Up Pidge for a refund, less the cost of shipping, within 10 days. Cost of return postage is at your own expense and you must ensure that you have proof of postage and that you include a copy of your invoice for our reference. Refunds will be issued to the card that was used as payment. Unfortunately, unless faulty or incorrectly supplied Pick Me Up Pidge cannot give refunds on confectionery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
